Custom Digitizing

Text Box: When a request has been received for custom embroidery, it requires time and technology to create a design recognized by the embroidery machines. This technique is called digitizing. We charge a one-time fee, for each new design requested. Once the design has been digitized, it remains, on file, to be used to create items purchased by the customer. Please submit a clean, clear, print-ready graphic with your digitizing fee. When we receive graphics that have to be cleaned up, an additional charge will be added to the digitizing fee. Colors should be clearly indicated on the graphic. Your graphic should be twice the size of the finished design. This graphic will not be returned! Digitizing fees: Basic Designs - $35 (this is non-refundable) up to six different thread colors, no thread shading, Deluxe Designs - priced according to complexity Graphic cleanup - $20 extra
